Sekura was founded. Mr Frode Petersen invented the tractor roll-over bracket and demonstrated the value of safety for the tractor driver himself.
First in the world to produce specially designed driver safety structures based on profiled tubes, Sekura set a new standard for operator comfort and noise level, etc.
The world's first suspended Q-cab was premiered. This basic principle is now used in 95% of vehicle cabs produced worldwide.
Sekura Industries became part of the BOSAL Group and was renamed Bosal-Sekura Industries.
